少し小雨がちらつく朝ですね。
昼間には伊江島を見渡す位晴れてくれたらいいな~
It is drizzling right now.
I hope that the weather will clear up enough that we can see Ie-Island
さて、名護では先週から桜祭り( ^o^)ノ
昨日は桜紅茶のシフォンを焼きました!
By the way, the cherry blossom festival started last week in Nago( ^o^)ノ
Yesterday we baked cherry chiffon cake!
少し花びらの塩漬けと桜の香り
ちょっと繊細な味に仕上がってます。
The Chiffon cake has slightly salted flower petals and smells like cherry blossoms.
The cake has just the right amount of sweetness.
予約があってお店に出る数が少ないので、お早めに~
You can order your cake ahead of time with a phone, or you can come to the cafe and order in person. Just make sure you come early becaue they get sold out quickly+
