長らくお休みしていたブログの更新、、

見に来て下さった皆さん、ほんとにごめんなさい！！

お休みしている間に、新たに４人の女性スタッフが加わり、一層華やかに（？）なったKaito+

反対にオープニングからのスタッフとの寂しい別れもありましたが、

今やスタッフ総勢１１名！
（新しいメンバーについては、これからちょこちょこ紹介していきますね＊）

新年度からは新ユニフォームで装いも新たに、美味しいお食事と笑顔でみなさまをお待ちしております♪


さてさて、今月のKaito+マルシェおすすめといえば
既にリピータ続出の、
＊＊＊スナックパイン＊＊＊


甘酸っぱさと食感がやみつきになるおいしさです！
ミニトマトに続き、OISTの皆さんのおやつの定番になる予感♪
おかげさまで、OISTの皆さんや地域の方にも楽しみにして頂いているマルシェコーナーに今後も乞うご期待！！



  

週末、昨日と何となくお天気が良くなかったですね(>o<)

４月には海開きのニュースが飛び交う沖縄
湿度　南風　夏の雰囲気は高まって来てるけど
あの青い空　白い入道雲と海の碧　
３つのコントラストにはまだ時間がかかりそうですね(^_-)

さてさて、先々週と先週は焼き菓子ウィーク
色々なお菓子をチャレンジ提供してみました！
パンの焼き上がりも今までとは大きく変化をつけてご用意してみましたがいかがだったでしょうか??！

４月からはスタッフの装いと一緒に新しいカイト+でお待ちしていま～す♪  

昨日は久しぶりに雨の１日でしたねー
木々達には恵みの雨になったでしょうねー

明け方までは星が見えていたのですが今日はどうでしょうかねー

晴れの日は庭園ランチが気持ちよいですよ♪

最近、少しずつティータイムのお菓子作りに力を入れていますよ(^O^)
昨日は、シュー生地を貝殻に見立てたケーキタイプをご用意♪
Recently, we have been focusing on creating not only tea, but also sweets during tea time.(^O^)
Yesterday, we created a cake that looks like a sea shell on the outside, and the inside is filled with cream.♪

まだ朝は少し肌寒いですね。

明日３月３日はＯＩＳＴのオープンキャンパス☆
On March 3rd, OIST will be having an open campus☆

ＯＩＳＴでの研究について知ったり、いろいろな体験コーナーもあったりと科学に触れられる催し物が盛りだくさん！
Please come to the open campus. There will be many interesting activities to do. You will learn alot about science and find out about things that the OIST staff are researching.

もちろんkaito+も明日はopenいたいますよ(*^^*)

This month Kaito+ is really busy.o(^▽^)o

最近はライ麦パンを楽しく　美味しく食べて貰おうと
味と形に変化球をつけてお届けしてます。
Recently we started changing the shape of rye breads
to make it more interesting and fun to eat.

３時前後の焼き上がりですので、ティータイムに遊びに来てくださいね！
The rye bread will be ready at around 3 O'clock so come to visit us for tea time！

  

今日も野菜コーナーはやんばる育ちの野菜たちで賑わっております♪
Today our vegetable corner was crowded with fresh yanbaru vegetables♪

デリコーナーやサンドイッチコーナーにも、野菜たちが主役のメニューが並んでいますよ(*^^*)
The delis and the sandwiches both are made with lots of fresh yanbaru vegetable.(*^^*)





今日もやんばるの恵みに感謝して。。。

さてさて、バレンタインデーのチョコレートラッシュのお菓子の後は、爽やかな柑橘系のシフォンを作ってみました！
もちろん、中にはいっているオレンジも自家製コンポートになりまーす！
Well, after a rush of chocolate candy for Valentine's Day, I tried to make a refreshing citrus chiffon cake. Of course, the middle of the cake is made with homemade orange compote.

14時からの発売ですよ(^O^)
We will start selling after two o'clock(^O^)

この時期になると“こんなにチョコレートのお菓子って種類があるんだ(^◇^;)”
なんて、ビックリします。

カイト＋でも三日間　日替わりで色々ご用意して来ましたが、今日はクライマックスです。
We have three days to try to sell different kinds of baked items but today is a last day.

昨日はモワルーショコラのシェル型でしたよー
We sold Moelleux de Chocolat yesterday.
  

今週は“バレンタイン”
日本中がチョコレートで賑わいますねー(*^_^*)

“Valentines day” is this week.
Every one is excited about chocolate in Japan (*^_^*)

カイト＋でもパンにお菓子にスペシャリテを準備してますよー☆
今日のティータイムから«ムース　ショコラ»が登場♪

Kaito+ is preparing special breads and sweets for Valentines day☆
«Chocolate mousse» was prepared today's during tea time♪


カカオ55%以上の上質なチョコレートと生クリーム
しっかりと泡立てたメレンゲでふんわり仕上げた逸品です！
ムースよりもしっかり
チョコレートよりも優しい口当たり

持ち帰り用ではないので、店内でゆっくりと楽しんでくださいね

The rich chocolate contains more than 55% cacao, and it has fresh cream
The chocolate mousse contains firmly whipped meringue
This chocolate mousse is more firmer than most other mousse
The mousse tastes better than regular chocolate
You cannot take this dish home, so please enjoy it at our cafe  

ランチ時には焼き上がるなりあっという間になくなってしまうPizza！
Whenever we make pizza, it gets sold out right away!



自家製のピザ生地をキャンパスにきれいなお花を咲かせたりして、作り手も楽しんでおりますよ♪
日替わりでいろんな具材をトッピングしているKaito+のPizza
ホールでのお持ち帰りもOKなので、パーティーのお土産にオーダーされる方も増えてきております(*^^*)
さてさて明日はどんなPizzaが並ぶかな♪
We enjoy creating designs such as flowers onto our pizzas♪
We use different toppings on our pizzas everyday.
You can order the pizza whole, the people ordering it whole increase everyday.
I wonder what type of pizza will be created tommorow
  

ここ数日、夜風に冷たさが感じられなくなりましたね(^O^)
まだ、２月なのに変な感じです。
This week the weather has been getting warmer. (^O^)
This is unusual weather for February.

さてさて、今日はお菓子を２つ作ってみました♪
☆自家製黒糖ジンジャーシロップとすりおろししょうがのシフォン!(^^)!
Today, we baked 2 new goods♪
☆We baked chiffon with homemade brown sugar and ginger syrup and grated ginger.!(^^)!

☆ハルサーかぼちゃの荒潰しパウンドケーキ
“限定５つはハート型”
☆We also baked roughly pounded Harusaa pumpkin pound cake.
"there are only 5 heart shaped pound cakes.

パウンドケーキはその時の食材で作るので、いつ出る?
何出る?はお楽しみo(^▽^)o
今日も小一時間で完売でした！
皆さんありがとうございます
The pound cake has diffferent ingrediants every time it is baked,
so every cake tastes differently.
Today the pound cake was sold out in one hour.

まだ五分咲きながら、土曜日の陽気は春を感じさせる暖かさ☆
待ち遠しい限り☆
The Nago cherry blossom festival started 2 days ago o(^▽^)o
The tree's have only blossomed a little bit.
On Saturday, it felt like spring.
